Step 1: Submit Your Photo & Review Policy

  1. Read the Revision Policy First: Before sending your photo, please review our comprehensive Revision Policy. The link is available in the HEADER of this page.

  2. Submit Your Photo: Send your best photo of the vehicle to our submissions email: info@cartooncruze.com

Step 2: Confirmation & Agreement

Once we receive your photo and verify its quality:

  1. We will email you a copy of our Revision Policy.

  2. You must sign and return this policy copy. No work will begin until this signed agreement is received.

Step 3: Creation & Approval

  1. Upon receipt of the signed policy, our artists will begin creating your vehicle caricature.

  2. We will send you the final artwork proof for your review.

  3. Approve the Art: Once you confirm your final approval and are satisfied with the completed work, the job is complete.

Step 4: Final Payment & Delivery

  1. DO NOT SEND ANY PAYMENTS BEFORE YOUR IMAGE IS APPROVED.

  2. After your final approval (Step 3), you will receive a secure payment link.

  3. Once your donation is processed, your high-resolution digital caricature item will be delivered to you.

  • Payment is due only AFTER you approve the final artwork.

  • The signed Revision Policy is required before any drawing work can begin.
